Cudighi is entirely unique to the Upper Penninsula and now, you can make it at home! Simply mix one TBS of spice with one pound of your meat of choice (we recommend pork), mix well, form into a patty and cook. Cudighi is traditionally served on a bun with pizza sauce, cheese and onion.
