My father in law is from Marquette and grew up on pasties so I have had them over the years and these are excellent. This was our New Year’s Eve dinner in memory of my father in law and the whole family, including the children, loved them.

We have tried many pasties over the years and we think Lawry’s Pasties are the best we have ever tried. The seasoning is just perfect for our taste and the crust is light and flaky. We live in WI and have them shipped to us because we have not found any other pasties to be as good.

Always stop by lawry’s on our trips to Michigan. Don’t live there anymore and it’s usually a long time in between trips to the UP so when I found out they deliver I jumped at the opportunity. Ordered the 24 pack (obviously) and they arrived right on time in great packaging too.

They were a hit, we put on a pasty dinner in Tucson AZ, many of the guests didn’t know what a Pasty was! Now they do, and are wanting us to put it on again! We will , great way to feed a group, easy and hardly any clean up! Win Win! Almost as good as my Grandmother use to make, but then her’s did win The Blue Ribbon at the Minnesota State Fair in the 1940’s!

Throughout the 1990’s I made a pilgrimage from my home in Montana to visit family here in New Hampshire. I took the ‘high road’, through the UP and Canada, and always looked forward to your pasties en route. In 2001 I moved to live in NH. Your shipment, fresh from the Upper Peninsula, brought with it fond fragrant memories.
