I’m born and raised New Orleans. My PawPaw is from the U.P. so we used to spend every summer in northern Michigan. I was introduced to pasties on one of those summer vacations and I haven’t had one since. It’s been roughly 25 years since I’ve last had one. Thank you Lawry’s for letting me relive one of my fondest memories. Y’all’s pasty is the best! It was so delicious!
Super excited I was finally able to show my girlfriend what I’ve been telling her about. Now I have to visit the U.P.!!! As soon as I’m done with my order, I’ll be ordering more!
Oh and after reading one of the reviews, I have to say, I thought there was a generous helping of meat. More than enough. I wouldn’t change a thing!

I paid $39 to have these shipped to me. There is simply hardly any meat just potatoes. I was very disappointed. I doubt I’ll eat the four that’s left

I ordered 6 regular pasties for my family for a taste of the UP at Christmas time. Shipping was expensive, but, they were delivered on time and well packaged so they looked great. They tasted great and everyone enjoyed a good UP pastie. If you live far away from the UP, Lawry’s offers an excellent way to enjoy pasties. We will most likely do it again in the future!

My wife’s grandfather was an immigrant from Finland who worked in the Iron Range in Minnesota. So, he was introduced to pasties as a miner. That is how our family first found out about pasties.
My wife and I both grew up in southern Michigan and remember eating pasties there, but we eventually moved to Texas.
There are many places here to get enchiladas, but nowhere to get pasties. We came across your web site and decided to order some.
We waited for a cold day to eat them. In Texas 46 degrees is considered cold. Up in the U.P. you probably think that is “Spring”.
We enjoyed the pasties very much. The crust was light and thin and there was a lot of meat in the filling.

I generally liked the pasty, but was disappointed by one thing. I’d ordered specifically because the product description listed rutabaga. Sadly, the rutabaga had been chopped so fine and used so sparsely that it was almost unidentifiable. I’d like to see more rutabaga with larger pieces.

These pasties are fantastic. Just like I remember my grandma making them when I was a child in northern Minnesota.

The Pasty’s were good, the time to delivery was fast enough for the location and size of the company.

These pasties are delicious on every level a comfort and pleasure, just as they were to my husband, now 72, when he was a child. So good for him! I wasn’t lucky enough to be around then, and now I’m Vegetarian. We’ll be ordering a couple of the garden variety, too, next time. Quality we trust!

We live in Florida. However I was raised in Calumet and my Mom made pasties all the time. Well when we heated this up I thought mom is in the kitchen baking them. They are delish. I will be ordering these again and again.

I almost always make a special trip to Marquette when visiting my daughter near Newberry to get a supply of pasties – they are that good.
